HERR Impact Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome adversity, achieve stability, and build brighter futures through supportive services, education, advocacy, community outreach, workforce development, and transitional housing programs. At HERR Impact Foundation, we recognize that many individuals and families face significant barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Housing instability, domestic violence, financial hardship, unemployment, lack of support systems, and reentry challenges can create obstacles that are difficult to overcome alone.

Arianna Herr
Founder & President
Arianna Herr founded HERR Impact Foundation with a vision of creating opportunities for individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges.
Driven by a passion for service and a commitment to community impact, Arianna believes every person deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to succeed. Her leadership is guided by the belief that lasting change occurs when people are empowered with the resources, education, encouragement, and opportunities needed to transform their lives.
Today, she continues to lead HERR Impact Foundation’s efforts to create innovative programs that restore hope, strengthen families, support survivors, empower women, provide second chances, and develop housing solutions that create lasting community impact.
