HERR Impact Foundation Inc. was established with a clear purpose: to create pathways to stability, self-sufficiency, and success for individuals and families facing life’s most difficult challenges.
Founded on the belief that every person deserves access to opportunity, support, and hope, HERR Impact Foundation was created in response to the growing needs witnessed within communities across the nation. Too many individuals and families face barriers such as housing instability, financial hardship, unemployment, domestic violence, lack of educational opportunities, and difficulties associated with reentry after incarceration.
These challenges often create cycles of poverty, uncertainty, and limited access to resources that can be difficult to overcome without support.
Recognizing these unmet needs, HERR Impact Foundation was founded to serve as a bridge between hardship and opportunity. Our organization was built on the understanding that meaningful change occurs when people are provided not only with immediate assistance, but also with the tools, education, resources, and encouragement necessary to achieve long-term success.
Our Story
HERR Impact Foundation was founded from a deep commitment to helping people overcome adversity and create brighter futures.
Our founder, Arianna Herr, recognized that many individuals and families possess incredible strength, determination, and potential, yet often lack access to the resources and support systems necessary to move forward. Through witnessing the challenges faced by those experiencing hardship, she became passionate about creating an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between need and opportunity.
What began as a vision to help others has evolved into a mission-driven organization focused on empowering lives, strengthening families, and creating lasting community impact.

Supporting individuals and families with resources, referrals, and guidance to help prevent homelessness and promote stable housing.
Workforce Development
Helping participants build employment readiness skills, prepare for interviews, strengthen resumes, and pursue career opportunities.
Financial Literacy
Providing education on budgeting, credit, savings, debt management, and financial decision-making.
Women’s Empowerment
Creating safe and supportive spaces for women to build confidence, leadership skills, healing, and personal growth.
Reentry & Second Chances
Supporting returning citizens with resources, mentorship, employment readiness, and community reintegration support.
Domestic Violence Support
Providing advocacy, safety planning, referrals, and supportive resources for survivors seeking stability and healing.
Youth & Family Support
Offering educational support, family assistance, scholarship initiatives, and community-based enrichment programs.
